If For Any Reason You Are Not 100% Satisfied With The Item, We Will Happily Accept Your Return Within 30 Days Of Delivery And Refund The Full Purchase Price Of The Item. Shipping And Handling Charges Do Not Apply And Are Non-refundable. We Accept Returns On Items That Are Not Expired Or Damaged, Are In Original And Unopened Condition And Are In The Original Packaging/box. We Do Not Accept Returns On Items That Have Been Opened Or Used Due To Buyer Dissatisfaction, Change Of Mind Or Regret, Or Due To Dislike Of The Item, Unless There Is A Quality Issue Due To A Manufacturer Recall.


If You Would Like To Return An Item, Please Feel Free To Contact Our Customer Service Team At [email protected] For Return Instructions And/or A Return Merchandise Authorization (Rma) Number. Returns Will Not Be Accepted Without A Return Authorization Number. Unless There Is A Quality Issue Such As A Recall, Return Shipping Costs Are Borne By The Customer. Any Request To Return An Item That Is In Transit And Has Not Yet Arrived At The Delivery Address Will Incur A Surcharge To Redirect The Package Back To Our Delivery Facility.

Once We Receive Your Return And It Has Been Inspected And Determined To Be In Original Salable Condition, You Will Receive An Email Notifying You That Your Return Has Been Received. Your Refund Will Be Processed Within 24-72 Hours And Points Will Be Applied To Your Original Payment Method. Items Returned By Customers Shipped To The Wrong Address Are Not Considered Returns And Will Not Receive A Refund. This Is Because The Return Item Has Not Yet Been Received By Our Shipping Facility.
